Safety & Hardware
E-Stop, enabling device, IRC5 controller panel overview
Pendant Navigation
Key groups, windows, menus and joystick operation
Jogging the Robot
Axes, motion types (joint, linear, reorientation), incremental mode
RAPID Programming
MoveJ, MoveL, teaching positions, speed & zone data, ModPos
Digital I/O
Set, Reset, WaitTime, forcing signals from the pendant
Backup & Restore
Full system backup, restore procedure, basic fault recovery
After training, your team will be able to:
Safely operate ABB robots in Manual mode
Navigate and use the FlexPendant confidently
Create and modify basic RAPID programs
Teach and touch up robot positions (ModPos)
Perform basic troubleshooting and fault recovery
Create and restore full system backups
